Slinger High School is proud to be part of the STEM Academy, a nationally recognized pre-engineering program designed to benefit all students. The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) curriculum provides students with the opportunity to learn valuable problem-solving skills and apply knowledge they learn in a variety of academic areas through the use of both individual and group projects. Our lead STEM instructor, Russ Hermann, is a certified STEM trainer and travels nationally to work with other schools interested in adapting the STEM Academy curriculum.
