Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Senior standing – Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2025.
- Fall College Enrollment – Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college beginning in fall 2024.
- GPA – Earn a minimum, cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Demonstrate Unmet Financial Need – We will consider applicants with a maximum annual gross income of $95,000. Last year’s cohort of new College Scholarship recipients had a median family income of approximately $34,000. During the selection process, the Foundation will conduct a full financial review which will take into account all income and assets of the student and the student’s parents.

Type 1 Full tuition & fees (no cap). May be used at both private and public institutions.
Type 2 Up to $18,000 per year ($9,000 per semester or $6,000 per quarter) toward tuition & fees. At schools where tuition and authorized fees are over the scholarship cap, students are liable for the difference even if the tuition is below the cap when the student starts at the school, but then increases above the cap during the student’s academic program.

Over the past three years, the Wisconsin Automobile and Truck Dealers Foundation has awarded more than $1.5 million in scholarship packages to 230+ students pursuing an automotive, collision, or diesel education at one of Wisconsin’s 16 technical colleges.
This year again, we are proud to announce that our scholarship application process is open for students who will be attending Wisconsin technical colleges starting in the fall of 2024. Tuition amounts vary and a set of Snap-on tools routinely awarded (valued at $4,300). Students that are not already working in the automotive, collision, diesel industry can receive employment assistance. The goal is to have all students working part-time while attending school to get on-the-job training and mentoring to enhance their education experience.

We are pleased to let you know that the Wisconsin Education Association Council is again offering a scholarship to eligible public high school seniors who are planning to enter the field of education. High school seniors who are planning to go into the field of education and whose parent(s) are a WEAC member, a WEAC retired member or who died while holding a WEAC membership are eligible to apply.

Each year one of the four scholarships shall be designated the Kathy Mann Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship shall be awarded to a minority student. In the event that no minority student applies or meets the criteria, the Kathy Mann Scholarship shall not be awarded. In its place a regular WEAC Scholarship shall be awarded. |

Trytten Scholarship Criteria. Any student who has a cumulative GPA of 3.50 in high school (grades 9-12, not including the last semester of the senior year) is eligible to apply for a Trytten Scholarship. The Scholarship will continue each semester, provided that (a) the Trytten Scholar continues to be a declared major in chemistry or biochemistry at UWSP and (b) they earn at least a 3.00 GPA the previous semester, thereby maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
